Marist College

Our first trip of this year's Winterim took us Marist College in Poughkeepsie, NY. The visit started with a tour of campus followed by lunch in the dining hall. At lunch, students had the opportunity to talk with three Forman alumni. Will Dietrich '16, Ben Pere '18, and Linus Trahair '18 all took time out of their busy schedules to meet with our group and provide insight into their experience at Marist.

Our last trip of the first week was to Connecticut College in New London, CT. This was the smallest school the group had seen so far and many of our students liked the feel of the campus. Lucie Welles, a Forman alumna from the class of 2017, joined us for lunch in the dining hall. Lucie's willingness to take time out of her day to meet with us provided another opportunity for students to hear first-hand about the transition to college.
